2025 VENDOR AND INSTRUCTOR APPLICATIONS ARE FULL

We are looking for vendors that have natural yarns and rovings, hand-dyed fibers, completed fiber art items, supplies, accessories, etc.

Vendor fees are $75. This includes 1 booth space measuring approximately 8 x 10ft, up to 2 tables (please indicate on your application how many you need), 2 chairs, and electricity for every booth. An additional booth space is $50.

Instructor applications are also open. We will be offering 5 classes this year.

A light breakfast of muffins or fruit will be available for the vendors on Saturday morning. Lunch will also be provided for vendors.

There will be a Fashion Show on Saturday at 12:30 pm. If you are interested in showing off an item you have made from natural fibers please complete an application for the fashion show separately.

Please note that there are no hotels in Leonardville. Junction City, Manhattan, and Clay Center all have hotels within 30 minutes of Leonardville.
